Project Story

Born under the ingenious features of the architect François Vieillecroze, this contemporary monumental villa is set up on the heights of Saint Tropez, in the South of France. Each volume, each space, is transcended by the surrounding landscape, which appears as a living picture, constantly evolving. Here, the openings on the outside remain the cornerstone of the project. For a perfect match between aesthetics, performance and safety, OTIIMA minimal doors have been selected. Indeed, tailor-made windows are for a minimalist and refined design:glass represents 98% of the total surface of the window. The framework of these joineries is invisible and totally integrated in the frame, without visible threshold, and only a profile of 20mm separates two glass panels. The profiles of 38mm are exceptional thermal and acoustic performances: wind resistance, waterproofness, etc. Equipped with a multipoint lock, OTIIMA's sliding and fixed windows are also an integral part of an advanced alarm system and an electromagnetic lock to ensure optimal security for your villa.
